By injecting molten aluminum under high pressure into mold cavity, the die casting process ensures each EC4S is made with supreme structural integrity and has 200% the strength of an ordinary flashlight that consists of three separate parts.
The die-cast EC4S incorporates novel Unique Integrated Technology (UIT), meaning the entire body is formed in a single piece of aero grade aluminum alloy without battery compartment or other redundant elements, ensuring a compact and lightweight body.
EC4S inner coherent structure ensures 2 x 18650 batteries are arranged side by side, leaving no gap in between. This makes the EC4S 37% smaller than flashlights made using conventional process.
